Landon was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by his father in December 2010, shortly after his 8th birthday. He actually sang with his mom at his own baptism. He sang "As I have Loved You". He did such a great job! We were so proud of his decision to be baptized.
Sleigh Ride to Find our Christmas Tree:
We took a horse drawn sleigh ride in Liberty to find our Christmas tree. It was so much fun! The owner's dogs came with us and kept us warm! Their was hot coco waiting for us when we got back!
Temple Square at Christmas:
This year we took the front runner down to Salt Lake City for the first time. The kids loved being on the train and all that experienced! When we got to Salt Lake we walked around town, but mostly Temple Square. It was as beautiful as ever and a lot of fun!
Digging to China:
Korbin went outside with Diamond and decided they were going to dig to China! It was so cute to see them working together so diligently!
Korbin & Daddy Fishing!
Chris took Korbin fishing on the Weber River.
Christmas Eve:
When Landon was a very little boy, he made a book about the birth of Christ. I loved the book so much that I had Chris help him make a little manger bed. From that day forward, we began having Landon tell the Christmas Story using his little book and the manger bed he made. We always used our Christ Child from our nativity and a few other odds and ends for his swaddling clothes and the hay.
When Korbin was old enough, he took over the Christmas Story since he was the youngest child. This year Maylee wanted a turn since she had never done it before. So, she and Korbin both did the Christmas Story.
